Taking place at Ulfheim
This Blót was initially supposed to be on April 5th but was moved back due to life circumstances.
But below you'll find all the details needed for Blót.
THIS IS A POTLUCK. So please try to bring a food or drink item, as well as a sacred drinking utensil, and if possible some beer or Mead.
Beginning around the ritual fire, the Goðar and accompanying Vitkar will setup the Vé (Altar). They will then light mugwort, and gather participants around the fire, passing the mugwort around for each participant to cleanse themselves.
Calling of Thor - Hammer Rite:
The Goði will hold the ritual Mjölnir high and call to Thor. Each participant will chant the words said at each pause.
Mighty warrior Thor
Protector of Midgard
Protector of humankind
From this land we call to you.
Bless us with your presence.
Bless us with mighty Mjölnir.
The Goði will hold the hammer high in all 6 directions. Each participant will draw the sign of the hammer at the end of each call
Mjölnir frá Norðri, hallow and hold this sacred stead.
Mjölnir frá Austri, hallow and hold this sacred stead.
Mjölnir frá Vestri, hallow and hold this sacred stead.
Mjölnir frá Suðri hallow and hold this sacred stead.
Mjölnir hér að ofan, hallow and hold this sacred stead.
Mjölnir hér að neðan, hallow and hold this sacred stead.
Thor Viki.
Hail Thor.
*The Goði will then take the hammer and press their forehead to it then take the hammer down and bring it to their heart symbolizing a sacred connection to Thor and accepting his blessings. The hammer will be passed to each participant, and they will do the same. Once the hammer has gotten back to the Goði it will be placed on the Vé (Altar)

Bless us with your presence. Hail to the Alfar, Hail to the Disir, Hail the spirits of old, Hail to the Ancestors.
Place an offering of food and drink by the Vé
Vættir, Spirits of the land, spirits of the sea, of the lakes and rivers, Spirits of the air, Spirits of Jorð, join us as we Honor Óðinn, join us as we celebrate Victory. Bless us with your presence. Hail to the spirits of all! Hail to the Vættir!
Place an offering of food and drink by the Vé
Óðinn. All Father, Chief of the Æsir, Lord of Lords, Wise wanderer, God of many names, Fury and Frenzy, Lord of ecstasy, Father of the Wolf Warriors. Óðinn, who's breath gave life to us from drifting wood. We call you to this space so that we may honor you, so that we may celebrate to you. Winter has passed, spring has come, Victory of the dark and cold has been won, and now we call to you, being forth your wisdom, being forth you guidance. Grant us strength, Grant us favor in the battles to come. We got with your fury, we go with your might. Lord Óðinn we Hail you, Lord Óðinn Grant us your presence. Hail to you Lord of Lords, Chief of the Æsir, Hail to Óðinn!
Gather the offerings for Óðinn from participants if they are not already placed by/on the Vé. Pour a horn of Mead for Óðinn, bless all offerings on the Vé, each previous offering for the gods, ancestors and vættir, with the sign of Mjölnir. The Goði will then hold the horn of Mead and say:
Blessed boon of bees, sweet drink crafted from the minds of men, may our words be carried to you upon this Mead.
See these offerings before us, this sacrifice, for you Óðinn, to our time of victory, may you accept them, as we accept you unto ourselves, for the wisdom and guidance you have given us.
Facing the Altar
Óðinn, guide us in darkness, Grant us great wisdom, guide us to strength, guide us to our fury, allow our establishments to be built, and strength be found within them. May our bonds be great, may our oaths be held with pride, our lives carried with honor. May we be loyal to our brothers and our sisters, and may Victory reign.
Each participant will stand before the Altar taking a moment to connect with Óðinn.
Accept our offerings, our sacrifices in honor to you, and hear our toasts carried on the sweet songs of this Mead!
Pass the horn around and allow each participant to speak to and toast to Óðinn.
Once the horn has come back to the Goði, liquid offerings will all be poured into the libation bowl. If anyone had brought items, or anything else they needed blessed the Goði will then use the blessing tool, to spray part of the libation in the items to be blessed.
May our offerings, may our sacrifice be given, may this Altar be blessed, may these items be blessed, may these folk be blessed. From the gods to the earth to us, from us to the earth to the gods, may our offerings, may our sacrifice be accepted. To the gods, to the ancestors, to the Vættir, To Óðinn. Hail to all we Honor here, Hail to Óðinn.
